The Wendler Scholarship Committee of The Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation annually selects the Wendler Scholarship award recipient from qualified applicants. Preference shall be given first on the basis of financial need, second on the basis of volunteerism, and third on the basis of academic performance.
